Grieving the Loss of Normal
Tuesday, May 26, 2020 4:00 – 5:00 PM (AZ)
With Gina Pollard, M.Div., CTSS
Perhaps you’re a regimented person who has found their daily routine falling completely out of whack. Maybe you’re a person who thrives on a bit of chaos in their life, but the world around you isn’t quite vibing right anymore. What happens when “normal” is drastically changed on us? In this presentation, Gina will explore how some of the emotional turmoil people may experience during this pandemic are related to a grief process. Identifying the source of emotions helps to better understand them and can also grant permission to feel them. She’ll offer tools on how to process and cope when “normal” is impossible.
