November 23 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Free

SPECIAL THANKS TO:

Adam Pepiton, Tara Pepiton, Detective Sabrina Taylor & Carrie Collins-Fadell, | Be Safe Certied Trainer
This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

This engaging and interactive screening will empower communities to address the safety needs of adults with disabilities as they interact with first responders. This training was developed for those with Autism, but we have modified it for those with cognitive impairment.  We will view scenes from Be Safe the Movie, the groundbreaking and educational video that uses video modeling and community conversations to show what to do and say in different types of emergency situations. Local police officers will be on site to try out fun safety activities with attendees.

You can help us make this event a success by spreading the word or volunteering!
