School-Based Family Support —
Currently in Mesa Public Schools, Think Ahead provides support for families of K-12 students living with brain injuries.
An annual, day-long conference designed to educate and empower survivors and caregivers.
An introductory educational series for those newly diagnosed or wanting to learn more about services available to the brain injury survivors.
The objective of this project is to have each person living with any type of brain injury, whether it is a brain aneurism, brain bleed, brain tumor, concussion, stroke, or a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), create a mask that depicts the hidden feelings behind their brain injury in an effort to raise awareness in our communities and give survivors a voice!
