fax or email us with information about you (Name, Position, Organization,
Address, Phone and email) and your event (location, date, time, theme or topic,
and budget for speaker—$0-250, $251-500, or $500+), Preferred Speaker(s),
Also let us know your preferred method for future contact (Telephone, Fax

Interested In Speaking for the BIAAZ?
We are always interested in who is 'up and coming' as well as brain injury professionals or notable speakers looking for Association representation.
Our greatest interest is in your credibility as a representative of your field and in your ability to inspire, inform and educate an audience. We want speakers who will 'Wow!' their audiences, leaving them with value and new information and perspectives.
Here’s what we can guarantee you if you send us your information in the format requested:
1. All speaker information submitted to our office will be entered into our Brain Injury Association of Arizona database of speakers - always accessible to our Speakers Coordinator looking for that perfect speaker for a client's next conference, seminar or training event.
2. Should suitable speaking engagements arise, and we have the opportunity to suggest you to prospective clients, we would like to contact you for more information and will forward any necessary materials on your behalf.
3. While inclusion in our database does not guarantee engagements, a web profile or ongoing representation does broaden your exposure at our bureau. Should our relationship continue to grow we will contact you directly to discuss a more in-depth partnership.
4. If you have one, we will visit your website periodically, for updated information on your speech topics and new information so that the material we have on file is current.
Our specialty is in providing quality, committed representation to a select number of professionals who are speakers in Arizona, and regrettably, we cannot accept representation from all speakers who wish to be a part of our speaker’s bureau. The four steps as outlined above will help us ensure that attention is paid to every submission.
We will attempt to respond directly to every proposal for representation.
