We encourage individuals with brain injuries, their families, and the professionals who work with them to call and speak directly with our I&R Manager to get answers to questions and provide information to meet specific needs.

Note: As a non-profit organization, BIA-AZ relies on donations from our members and our friends.
- We will send one packet of information to family members and surviors - for free.
- However, if you are able to help us cover the cost for printing, handling and postage, we would appreciate your donation in the amount of $5.00 per packet. Please make your check out to the Brain Injury Association of Arizona.
- For professionals requesting information packets, we will include an invoice for $5.00 to $25.00 per packet to cover the cost of printing, handling and shipping.

- Basic Packet: Includes info on BIA-AZ and TBI facts (includes membership info, support group listings, resource lists, websites, and much more!)
- Behavior Issues: Includes facts, problems, solutions, behavioral programs available
- Coma: Includes facts, definitions, coma scales, what to expect, and available programs
- Doctors/Medical Personnel: Includes how to talk with your doctor, definitions of medical specialties and a list of specialists.
- Education: Includes: current laws, issues, methods of teaching, IEP & Special Education
- Employment/Vocational Issues: Employee rights, guidelines for employers and vocational programs
- Financial Assistance: Includes where to go to get help- useful resources in your community
- Legal Assistance: Includes legal issues, how and when to obtain legal help, list of attorneys
- Mild Brain Injury/Concussion: Includes definition, facts, what to expect, impact on life, resource lists, etc
- Rehabilitation Facilities: Includes what to look for and expect, a list of facilities in your area of need
