Adult Brain Injury Checklist
This new adult brain injury checklist is designed to help survivors of brain injuries and their families learn about what types of symptoms may occur from the injury and help talk to professionals about those symptoms. Download the checklist below or contact the Brain Injury Association for copies. The project is funded by the Governor's Council on Spinal and Head Injuries.
